Returns Policy

 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following conditions.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In resaleable condition

 

 

 

Return Costs

 

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked service, as Paper Four You cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

 

 

 

Restocking Fee

 

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

This fee covers processing, handling, and administrative costs associated with returned goods.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

 

 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • The 10% restocking fee and any applicable deductions will be applied
  • Refunds typically process within 3–5 working days

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Items not returned in original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
